Abstract

This project leverages geofencing and emergency response systems for improved road safety and preparedness provisions. As such, it involves a dynamic system of tracking one's location, which also turns ON or alerts when one is about to cross into high-risk zones. The app supports real-time monitoring of accident-prone zones by utilizing CSV data imports while offering advanced, user-friendly features like search functionality, custom map views, and notification alerts.

The remarkable aspect of this application is its hospital-code-based emergency response, which identifies and guides users to nearby medical facilities during crises, ensuring timely assistance. Additionally, the project adopts other sophisticated security features such as seat belt usage systems, alcohol and drowsiness monitoring systems, etc. The said features are designed to discourage the likelihood of users driving under unsafe conditions and warn users of potential risks to minimize the chances of an accident. This project integrates geolocation capabilities, emergency response and sensor technologies, emphasizing user safety, emergency preparedness and social responsibility, thereby contributing to safer driving practices and environments.
