Primigravida mothers' attitudes toward body image changes during pregnancy and breastfeeding are assessed using a descriptive study design. Using a convenient sampling technique, the study participants were 60 primi mothers attending KIMS Hospital Bangalore's Antenatal Clinic. A three-point Likert scale was used to collect the data. There were 16 statements, out of which 8 were negative and 8 were positive. The conceptual framework was based on Nola J Pender's Health Model. A mean, median, standard deviation and inferential statistics were used to analyze the results. There was no significant association between attitude scores with all selected demographic variables like age, education, family income, religion, period of gestation, type of family, etc. 87% of primi mothers had neutral attitudes towards body changes during prenatal and lactation.
