Abstract

Technology has evolved faster than ever in recent years, and we are employing them in different fields. For instance, it can be in the making of a game, software development, agriculture, domestic situations, or the industry. Many counties and local companies are currently designing IoT-based homes around the country. Nowadays, IoT technology is poised to transform urban structures and services gradually. Smart cities are fields that apply the Internet of Things (IoT), and the most widespread area is highly advanced ICT industries and markets. A city of the future will have to be an integral part of the increasingly diverse requests of citizens. Creating an ecologically sustainable, cost-effective space that will get bigger and bigger is a challenge that lies on the shoulders of governments worldwide. The smart city focuses on the equality of rights and comprehensive welfare of the inhabitants, encourages industry, and examines the environmental consequences of urban planning. In this paper, we will get some insights into the problems and solutions that may appear in smart city development in the future, and we will pay attention to new technologies and trends that will define the future of smart cities.
