The main aim of this project is to adopt smart technology in the distribution of college stationery to make the campus modern. This System proposes a microcontroller based vending machine that dispatches A4 size pages, college file, once and the student meet fee payment status. Smart Stationery Hub utilizes RFID technology integrated with NodeMCU ESP8266 microcontroller, which communicates wirelessly with Google Spreadsheet.
The system is divided into three parts; the first part is initializing Wi-Fi connectivity. The second one is a student verification done by RFID card which provides academic data to NodeMCU. The third part is the system instantly checking payment status in Google spreadsheet if payment status is paid then servo motor and sliding based mechanical structure of vending machine to push the file out. If payment status is not paid student not get stationary. In Google Spreadsheet data storing and accessibility can be done with Wi-Fi or internet connection.
