Guillain-Barré Syndrome (GBS) is a rare but potentially life-threatening autoimmune disorder characterized by acute flaccid paralysis. This case report presents the clinical presentation, diagnosis, medical and nursing management of a 38-year-old male diagnosed with GBS. The report highlights the importance of early recognition and multidisciplinary care in improving prognosis and patient outcomes. It is an acute, immune-mediated disorder affecting the peripheral nervous system. It is characterized by rapidly progressive muscle weakness and are flexia. While rare, it is the most frequent cause of acute flaccid paralysis in many regions globally. The clinical presentation, although variable, often includes ascending symmetrical weakness, sensory disturbances, and in some cases, respiratory failure, requiring intensive care support.
