This project presents the design and construction of an eco-sustainable electric vehicle that utilizes solar energy, aiming to enhance transportation options for community well-being. By focusing on renewable energy integration, the initiative seeks to address the environmental and economic drawbacks of fossil fuel-dependent vehicles. The eco-vehicle employs advanced photovoltaic modules to convert solar power directly into usable electrical energy, thus reducing both operational costs and atmospheric emissions. Its structural design is lightweight yet robust, maximizing efficiency and ensuring user safety on urban and rural roads. A high- performance battery management system was developed to optimize energy storage and extend operational range. The project demonstrates how decentralizing energy generation at the vehicle level can provide autonomy from conventional grid charging and promote reliability in diverse conditions. Through a user-centric approach, ergonomic features and smart controls were implemented to improve ease of use and rider comfort. Performance testing under various solar intensities confirmed the viability of the system for daily commuting and highlighted its cost-effective operation. The outcomes show a clear reduction in greenhouse gas emissions, offering a tangible step toward cleaner mobility solutions for society at large. Ultimately, this prototype serves as both a functional transport alternative and an educational model to inspire further innovations in eco-friendly vehicle technology.
