Instead, sliding wear is characterized by the relative movement of two even solid outsides under load. These exteriors may either be lubricated or not lubricated, metallic or non-metallic. The abrasive and fatigue wear experienced by slides and lathe beds considerably diminishes their longevity. The study's goal is to extend the beds' and slides' useful lives. An examination of WC-Co-Cr and Al2O3 + 40TiO2 coatings sprayed by a detonation gun (D-Gun) on bare metal couches and shots of a cast iron imitation lathe machine is performed. The ASTM G99 standard was used to conduct the wear tests on pin-on-disc devices for both coated and uncoated cast iron samples. The findings indicate that the detonation gun spray procedure was successful in depositing WC-Co-Cr and Al2O3 + 40TiO2 coatings onto the cast iron. When compared to the material that was left uncoated, the coated material has exposed significantly less attire loss. Detonation-sprayed coatings lose more weight over time as the load grows. The wear on the WC-Co-Cr coating has been minimal. Its main goal is to lessen the amount of waste materials produced, which will make recycling easier. There are various benefits to using a can crusher. To make waste materials easier to dispose of or recycle, the crusher decreases their size or changes their form. The purpose of the Can Crushing Machine is to reduce the volume of aluminium garbage cans to a greater extent. Its main function is to recycle aluminium trash resulting in less storage requirement and making transportation easier. One of the most crucial things you can do to protect the environment and prevent pollution is to recycle. However, recycling certain items, like aluminium cans, can be challenging because, when fully assembled, they take up a lot of room and frequently need to be transported to a specific location. In this research study, a Can crusher machine was fabricated which resulted in decreasing the Can size by 80 to 85%. This reduces the storage requirement as compared to the storage space required by uncrushed Cans. This machine can be used at schools, colleges, canteen, hotels, etc.</em></p> Rajvardhan R.
