This study presents the design and fabrication of an affordable electric vehicle tailored for physically disabled individuals. The goal of this work is to provide a lightweight, reliable, and user-friendly mobility solution using an 800 W brushless DC motor powered by a 48 V lithium-ion battery. The project focuses on ergonomics, simplicity of control, and stability through a three-wheel configuration. A custom electronic control system and optimized chassis arrangement were developed to balance performance, cost, and safety. Performance tests indicated a maximum speed of 25 km/h and a range of 40 km per charge. The outcome demonstrates the potential of low-cost electric mobility devices in improving independence and accessibility for mobility-challenged users.
