To Boast the Efficiency & Functionality of the Cooling Tower by Using Controllers Devices and Chemicals

Abstract

In this paper we have installed controllers and have started chemical top up of various chemicals to control the tds and ph of the cooling tower water. In this paper, we shall discuss the report of the cooling tower top-up water, circulating water, and its chemical composition, such as tds, pH, and other contamination present. Then we shall apply our dual system of controller and chemical top up for the controlling of the water property in the cooling tower. The water of the cooling tower is circulated in various rolls and machinery that are used in production process so that are several checklist and checkpoint available for smooth running of the system. Thus, through this paper, we have concluded that one can control the TDS and PH of the circulating water if proper maintenance and system is installed in the plant.
