Employee empowerment is a significant term that all organizations must understand. If any organization wants to succeed in today's marketplace, it should adopt employee empowerment strategies and see the change in employee performance. The employees feel confident, motivated, and respectful and do their best for the organization. The employees become loyal to the organization. This reduces costs for the organization and increases profits. The productivity of the organization can be easily improved. Accordingly, this study aims to explore the dimensions of employee empowerment. Data has been gathered from 450 employees in the telecommunication industry to attain this objective. The objectives set by management can be easily achieved through the help of these dimensions. The organization can now reach new heights and accomplish everything it wants. The dimensions of employee empowerment are the basic concepts of improving performance and achieving results in an organization. So, this study benefits all organizations operating in today's competitive environment.
