Abstract

Entrepreneurship is increasingly more visible as a critical way to promote inclusive growth, specifically for marginalized groups. Differently-abled individuals in Kerala face specific challenges while trying to find traditional jobs, which frequently consequences in social and economic exclusion. This observes seems at how entrepreneurship can offer a manner to gain monetary empowerment for this institution. It tested essential entrepreneurial tendencies, social and monetary situations, and operational demanding situations and appears at demographic patterns consisting of gender distribution, age, training, profits levels, and financial savings conduct. The findings display on-going obstacles, including limited get entry to capital, market biases, and a lack of institutional aid. The paper highlights the potential of making business ecosystem that encompass differently-abled people. It recommends focused movements like specialised education programs, monetary support and mentorship tasks are beneficial insights for policymakers, instructional establishments, and support agencies.
