Abstract

The study results from "A Study on Knowledge Management at Freyer International Logistics Chennai. The survey was carried out by a company called Freyer International Logistics Chennai. Knowledge management has become a must-have quality among employees, which everyone should embrace. If employees are emotionally intelligent, many disputes and conflicts can be minimized. Inculcating knowledge management in employees has taken hold across all industries. Emotionally intelligent people can understand, use, and facilitate their emotions to relieve stress and create a positive environment. As a result, recruiters are also seeking emotionally intelligent candidates. Every person's inner self is where knowledge management in the workplace starts. It entails identifying different parts of your moods and emotions and devoting time to working on self-awareness, self-regulation, motivation, empathy, and social skills. The study used statistical tools such as the Percentage Method, Correlation, and One Way ANOVA to analyze and interpret the data collected through the survey.
