Abstract

The advent of Artificial Intelligence (AI) has revolutionized the digital marketing landscape, enabling businesses to deliver personalized experiences to customers. This exploratory study investigates the transformative potential of AI-powered chatbots and personalization in digital marketing. A mixed-methods approach combining surveys, interviews, and case studies was employed to gather insights from marketing professionals, customers, and industry experts. Number of respondents for this study was 200. The findings reveal that AI-powered chatbots can significantly enhance customer engagement, loyalty, and conversion rates, while personalization can lead to increased brand relevance, trust, and satisfaction. However, challenges such as data privacy, chatbot design, and content relevance must be addressed to fully harness the potential of these technologies. This study contributes to the existing literature on digital marketing, AI, and personalization, providing valuable implications for marketers, practitioners, and researchers seeking to leverage these innovations to drive business success.
