Abstract

The College’s Placement's Android mobile application is an information system that helps the Admin (Training and Placement Officer), students, and alums view the eligibility criteria, company details, and the necessary information for training before attending the drives. It is a user-friendly application that provides a comprehensive platform to bridge the gap between students and educational institutions. The colleges’ Training and Placement Cell may use this application to handle student placement information. This application protects user data confidentiality and security. Training placement officials at the institution will not need to gather each student's information individually since it will be updated immediately upon registration. The Firebase database stores details about the students and the companies. This application helps the admin to encounter various issues such as inadequate information about the student, security, etc., and this app consists of three phases, i.e. admin, department coordinator (Dept. coordinator) and student login. By using this mobile application, we can reduce the paperwork and provide real-time notifications of upcoming events, interview schedules, application deadlines and the place details of the student. This app empowers educational institutions by providing analytics on placement details. Hence, it will be easy to identify the unplaced students; ongoing sessions and the curriculum meet with the IT Industries.
