Abstract

This research aims to comprehensively evaluate the effectiveness of Medication Therapy Management (MTM) services in optimizing patient outcomes and enhancing medication-related processes. MTM, a patient-centric approach delivered by pharmacists, involves assessing and managing medication regimens to improve therapeutic outcomes while minimizing adverse effects. The study employs a mixed-methods design, combining quantitative measures and qualitative insights to provide a holistic understanding of MTM services. The quantitative phase involves analyzing medication-related data, including adherence rates, changes in health indicators, and healthcare utilization patterns among patients receiving MTM services compared to those without such interventions.
