Abstract

Internet dependency is the most precarious act on the way to every human in this world, and adolescents donated a big part. Adolescents are an origin of the nation and they have intrinsic energy yet they are using it negatively due to persistent use of internet they demonstrated themselves as they failed in their carrier. In everyday life, the internet is obtained like a taste in food, that’s why the adolescent is not aside from the internet. Although they are facing so many problems like physical, mental, social, and moral health issues, which can also affect their schooling and gaming activities, and separating them from their friends and family members, because of this, they build some anger issues, depression, and loneliness. They should find a solution to reduce internet dependency and promote a healthy lifestyle. The parents should have to set healthy screen time rules, monitor online activities without being overly restrictive, and encourage outdoor sports and family bonding. The schools should conduct awareness programmes about healthy internet use, problematic use of internet, there should be early identification of disturbed behavior, the adolescents should develop self control and time management skills, understanding safe internet practices, there should be awareness campaigns for parents and teachers. Early detection, parental guidance, and the promotion of healthy online habits are essential to mitigate the negative effects of internet addiction and foster balanced digital engagement among adolescents.
