Abstract

Stress is a feeling of tension in the body or the mind. It might be triggered by anything that makes you irritated, angry, or anxious. Stress occurs because of more work at the workplace and a targeted workload; stress can be helpful in moderation. The word "stress" has diverse connotations for academics working in various fields. Numerous academic Research scholars have shown a connection between stress and ecosystems and animal populations. Biologists classify temperature, cold, and scarcity of food as stressors. Social scientists are more interested in how people respond to their environments and the resulting emotional disturbances as stressors. Stress is anything that interferes with a person's routine, physical health, or emotional well-being. When a person's body is pushed beyond its capacity or when he is subjected to unusual pressures, it happens. Stress might easily show up as a poor temper, but a violent outburst is an act of violence. Something that induces stress is known as a stressor. Both positive and negative stressors qualify as stressors.
