This paper presents a feasibility study and project considerations for robotic cleaning and conservation of An Effluent Treatment Plant (ETP). The paper also presents a model of a sanctification robot and an abstract project of the robot figure and its selectors. This project procedure is also generalized to accommodate storehouse tanks of various sizes containing multiple chemicals. The effective operation & conservation of a wastewater treatment installation is essential for several reasons. It's first necessary to ensure that improper operation conservation of one section does not affect the failure of the exclusive treatment process. This design introduces a new conception of the adjustable crawling medium in the artificial and ETP Tank drawing robot project, estimated from the standpoint of work and operation on an aquatic face. This enables the cleaning and scanning process performed by water spurts while keeping a stable robot situation on the face by its capacity to bear and requite the spurt responses. This robot successfully proposes a cost-effective System that integrates Computer unreality with the electronic control unit and is based on an IoT system to achieve independent cleaning. The project has shown off preferable interpretation when tried under several experimental conditions. By enforcing this system, financial costs and time consumption can be minimized, and therefore, this independent cleaning robot will provide better volition than the usual cleaning procedure.
