In modern agriculture, farmers face challenges related to efficient pest control and weed management, particularly in large or difficult-to-access areas. Manual spraying and weeding can be time-consuming, hazardous to human health, and labor-intensive. To address these issues, this project proposes the design and development of a remote-controlled pesticide sprayer and weed cutter robot aimed at enhancing agricultural productivity while ensuring operator safety and environmental sustainability. The robot is designed with a dual-functionality system: a pesticide spraying mechanism and an automated weed cutter. Controlled remotely via wireless communication (such as Bluetooth or RF modules), the robot allows farmers to operate it from a safe distance, reducing exposure to harmful chemicals. The spraying system ensures uniform application of pesticides, while the rotary cutter efficiently trims weeds, minimizing manual labor. The prototype is built on a robust chassis with motorized wheels for easy navigation across various terrains. It is powered by a rechargeable battery and features components such as a pump motor for spraying, a cutting blade assembly for weed removal, and a microcontroller for control and coordination.
