Abstract

Effective attendance management is the bedrock of successful educational administration. Manual record-keeping is typical in traditional approaches, which are wasteful and liable to make mistakes. This paper presents EDUEASE, a cutting-edge platform meant to ease student attendance tracking. EDUEASE allows for uploading Excel spreadsheets with student information, which the platform converts to deliver a clear and detailed attendance display. The system utilizes automation to minimize administrative burden, increase accuracy, and provide a seamless experience for instructors. Through smooth integration with current systems, and Excel-based processes, EDUEASE avoids tedious data re-entry, thus guaranteeing flexibility in various educational institutions. The simplicity of the user interface guarantees usability even by non-technical users, while its scalable design accommodates the needs of institutions of different sizes. This article discusses the design, development, and deployment of EDUEASE, with emphasis on its technical architecture and real-world applications. The results point to its ability to increase operational effectiveness, minimize human error, and offer actionable intelligence for academic administration, with an emphasis on simplicity and dependability.
