Intelligent Chatbot with the Multi Functioning Adapting with the Various Situations using Retrieval Augmented Generation Algorithm

Abstract

In the rapidly evolving world of digital life, chatbots have become an excellent and helpful tool for ease. It has provided a seamless interaction between users and systems. From customer support to personal assistants, chatbots have found widespread applications across various domains, streamlining processes and enhancing user experiences. However, despite their widespread adoption, conventional chatbots often need help to meet the evolving demands of users, particularly in scenarios requiring adaptability, personalization, and context awareness. Nowadays, AI and its uses have become common, and every individual now uses AI for ease at work, but the AI bots need to work efficiently at the local level and provide data about local things. These problems can be solved by asking the local person only, but if the bot is trained with AI and custom knowledge, then the chatbot is much more efficient in working with live and regional data. Hence, to deal with such problems, a chatbot has been developed, which provides seamless interaction between users and chatbots and can be accessed from anywhere, anytime. Chatbot includes information about the query using ChatGPT AI, and custom knowledge-based software trains the bot to answer the query.
