Abstract

The Intelligent Parking System (IPS) takes a unique approach to parking management, combining advanced technology to produce an Automated Parking Fee System (APFS) that transforms the parking experience for both users and operators. Building on the principles of seamless automation and intelligent data processing, the system includes Automated License Plate Recognition (ALPR), mobile payment solutions, and cloud based infrastructure to streamline parking operations. Upon entering, automobiles are quickly detected using ALPR technology, and parking length is easily recorded. We proposed that the intelligent parking system be launched at the initial phase of identifying the car license plate number. After detecting a license plate; the number is scanned in the database for user information. The entire amount of time spent parking must then be determined. Then, for that particular timeframe, we must generate a bill for the user and look for the Fast tag ID. The bill is given to the user via email. By our proposal; we overcome the major obstacle that is time consuming for bill payment and boost the use of parking.
