Abstract

To address the evolving landscape of college placements, we introduce an innovative InterPlacement Application (IPA). This system leverages to optimize student-employer by analyzing student profiles, academic records, and industry requirements. The IPA facilitates personalized recommendations and streamlines the placement process. This centralized platform integrates with academic databases and employer requirements, empowering students to explore job opportunities and track applications while providing companies with a platform to post vacancies and review candidates.
