This journal paper focuses on a global solution for waste segregation that remains a matter of concern. With minimal returns on investment, the public and private sectors need to set up a system that involves high capital costs, manual labor, and ample space requirements. Improper segregation affects the environment badly, necessitating space constraints and cost-effective waste segregation with less human intervention. Our project team visited the village waste handling yard and identified that waste composition is divided into wet, dry, and metal waste. This work presents a system that introduces a machine comprising three stations. The first station involves the removal of metallic waste using the magnetic removal method. The second station is designed to remove the Wet waste. The third station removes lightweight waste. This machine will separate all the waste used in day-to-day life. All the stations are designed with appropriate calculations to achieve the desired productivity.
