A Study on Customers' Perception towards ATM Services with Special Reference to Coimbatore City

Customers' everyday life now revolve around ATM services, which has a big influence on their attitude and behaviour. The study aims to investigate how customers see ATM services. For the study, a total of 180 clients were surveyed. Data gathered from client perceptions was analyzed using statistical techniques, such as Friedman ranking and percentage analysis. The study's conclusions provided significant new information on how consumers view ATM services. The study's overall findings emphasize how important ATM services are in influencing the experiences and opinions of users. Banks in Coimbatore can enhance their ATM services by knowing what will increase customer happiness and loyalty. The study offers insightful information that banks can use to help them create strategies that better satisfy client expectations and keep a competitive edge in the banking industry. Structured questionnaires were used to gather data from a wide range of Coimbatore ATM customers. The results show that although the majority of users value the time-saving and convenient features of ATMs, there are reservations about transaction security and the machines' availability at busy times.
