This study aims to investigate the levels of customer satisfaction among Nescafe coffee consumers in Coimbatore city. The research focuses on understanding customer satisfaction factors, including product quality, pricing, service quality, and brand loyalty. A mixed-method approach comprising surveys and interviews will collect data from a representative sample of Nescafe coffee consumers in Coimbatore. Statistical analysis techniques such as regression analysis and correlation will be employed to analyze the data and draw conclusions. The findings of this study will contribute to a better understanding of customer preferences and satisfaction levels in the coffee market, particularly within the context of Coimbatore city, and provide valuable insights for Nescafe and other coffee brands to enhance their offerings and improve customer satisfaction, A study aimed to delineate, classify, and assess the factors influencing consumers' coffee purchasing decisions, categorizing them into distinct attributes. The research sought to group these attributes into factors to grasp the intricacies of consumer decision-making. The findings underscored the significance of brand, label, and packaging in shaping consumer preferences. Additionally, the study observed that consumers are swayed by factors such as coffee availability, product supply, and environmental considerations.
