Abstract

The survey looks into how satisfied students are with Byju's, a well-known player in the educational technology industry, as a learning platform. This study employs a descriptive research methodology to examine the factors that influence the choice of Byju's, the efficiency of its personalized learning strategy, and the satisfaction with online lectures of 150 respondents in Coimbatore city. The data analyzed includes primary and secondary sources. The results show that respondents were primarily female, had modest satisfaction levels, and that flexibility is crucial for learning. Addressing unhappiness, highlighting customization, and customizing content for particular groups are suggestions for improvement. Notwithstanding the noteworthy influence of Byju’s on schooling, the research highlights the necessity for sustained improvement to accommodate changing user requirements and inclinations. The study helps us to know the students' views and satisfaction levels towards the learning platform about Byju’s.
