Abstract

The study was conducted on KTDC hotel loom land gives an outline about overall functioning of the company. All the departments were analyzed which are fundamental for management and the functions of them are different. The origin and growth of the company are explained and also go through its present status. It includes an analysis of the organizational structure, highlighting key roles and responsibilities that facilitate tourism development. SWOT analysis was done for analyzing the competitiveness by assessing organizations internal strength and weakness and impact environmental opportunities and threat. It also explored stakeholder engagement, including collaborations with local businesses, government entities, and communities, to understand their contributions to tourism strategies. The study provides valuable insights into tourism dynamics and offer actionable recommendations for enhancing KTDC’s future efforts, ensuring the continued development of the region as a thriving tourist destination. By assessing the socio-economic and environmental impacts of this initiative provide a comprehensive view of the challenges faced and opportunities available for enhancing tourism in Kerala.
