Health care is currently an essential global priority due to the growing number of health problems. Providing healthcare in rural parts of India is a difficult task due to the significant impact that early disease identification and treatment may have. In rural areas, getting in-person consultations is expensive and time-consuming. Finding a solution requires the adoption of chatbots that recommend medications. Artificial Intelligence (AI) and chatbot technology have emerged as possible ways to improve healthcare services. Chatbots powered by Artificial Intelligence (AI) may replicate human-like interactions and assist with medical advice and patient assessment. The idea is to build an AI-powered medical chatbot to provide appropriate medicine recommendations and recognize illnesses before a patient sees a doctor. This effort aims to lower healthcare expenses. This shows how chatbots for medical purposes with simple illness examination and conversational approach might propose the medication and highlights the possibility of a successful spoken language medical bot. Rather than replacing the essential human components of healthcare, the ultimate goal should be to use technology, like AI chatbots, to improve patient outcomes.
