Smart Surveillance System using ESP32 CAM

This study describes how new IoT and AI technology developments created an affordable and effective smart security camera system. The project aims to use FTDI and ESP32 CAM to design and construct an Internet of Things-based security surveillance system. The system employs FTDI modules with an ESP32 CAM module to facilitate real-time motion detection and image capturing. The technology instantly alerts the user and specified security staff and takes pictures when it detects illicit motion. With the help of social media sites like Telegram, alerts are quickly forwarded to the user, enabling them to view photos taken and evaluate the situation from a distance. The system provides an easy-to-use Graphical User Interface (GUI) for monitoring and interaction. This method provides higher security than conventional monitoring systems at a more affordable price, enabling a broader spectrum of users to utilize it. The adequate protection of properties is made possible by the proactive security measures made possible by the integration of AI and IoT.
