Abstract

In this fast-paced world, everyone wants to delegate their work to others. However, the real problem is finding services online and connecting with them. There is also a boom of Web3 in today's world to provide highly secure and transparent systems. So, to make the better of two worlds, I decided to merge the two worlds and create a blockchain-based Service Management System. This will be a revolutionary change as it will maintain good relations between users and service providers. The service providers will also be able to make a stable income through the services that are available online. This app uses cryptocurrency to make payments, and users can rent services for some services. The users also have a unique option of revoking the services they no longer use and getting a part of their money as a refund. Through decentralized governance, stakeholders are empowered to shape the platform's direction, fostering a sense of community ownership and trust. Leveraging cryptocurrency as a medium of exchange, the system offers users frictionless transactions while empowering service providers to showcase their offerings and earn a sustainable income. So, this application is revolutionizing the service management system.
