Comprehensive Review on Green Logistics Using Generative AI Technology

Generative AI is considered recent technology advancement in the field of computer science and technology. Use of AI-driven technology in green logistics has brought dramatic change by optimizing the greenhouse effect, reducing fuel wastage, and increasing the efficiency of transportation. Logistics is one of the industries that Artificial Intelligence (AI) is transforming. By predicting demand, streamlining routes, and increasing overall efficiency, AI transforms supply chain management for companies. In logistics, sustainability means minimizing the effects on the environment and society while satisfying the increasing demand for products and services. One way to accomplish this objective is through AI solutions. Analyzing approaches for evaluating AI’s sustainability impact in logistics with an emphasis on the effects on the environment, society, and economy is the goal of this effort. Supply chains are becoming more and more reliant on sustainability, and businesses are implementing sustainable practices to satisfy stakeholder demands, enhance their brand, and draw in eco-aware customers. Companies using sustainable methods are also attracting more attention from investors because of their increased growth potential and lower risks. In this paper, an attempt has been made to conduct an extensive literature review on green logistics using generative AI applications through a survey questionnaire.
