Abstract

Evidence Based Practice (EBP) is essential for improving healthcare outcome, but numerous barriers hinder its implementation. This review explores effective strategies to overcome these challenges, including insufficient time, lack of resources, limited research skills, and resistance to change. Key strategies include fostering a culture of EBP through leadership support, providing access to evidence-based resources and training programs, and promoting interdisciplinary collaboration. Additionally, mentor-ship programs and technological advancements, such as decision-support tools, can simplify EBP integration. By addressing these barriers systematically, organizations can enhance the adoption of EBP, ensuring more effective, efficient, and patient-centered care.
