Emotional intelligence is important for developing and sustaining in personal relationships. It involves the ability to Recognize, comprehend, and handle one's own emotions and also of others. Developing skills related to EI, such as self-awareness, self-regulation, empathy, and social skills, can lead to more fulfilling relationships. Emotional intelligence (EI) plays a significant role in various aspects of our lives. By enhancing emotional intelligence, individuals can improve their communication, resolve conflicts more effectively, and overall enhance the quality of their relationships. This article explores the importance of EI in personal relationships and provides practical tips for developing emotional intelligence.
