Abstract

Soul Mandala Therapy, rooted in the principles of art therapy and psychological exploration, is a creative intervention used to address aggression and behavioral challenges in individuals, particularly children. This therapy promotes emotional regulation, self-awareness, and behavioral transformation by leveraging the structured yet expressive medium of mandalas. With their circular and symmetrical designs, the mandala, s offers a safe space for individuals to externalize emotions, process inner conflicts, and achieve balance. This review explores the theoretical foundations, therapeutic mechanisms, and empirical evidence supporting the efficacy of Soul Mandala Therapy in managing aggression. Emphasis is placed on its application in fostering emotional resilience, enhancing self-expression, and reducing maladaptive behaviors. The findings suggest that this therapeutic approach provides a holistic and impactful framework for addressing aggression, highlighting its potential for broader adoption in clinical and educational settings.
