Abstract

These days, patients consider themselves as consumers of healthcare and look for tools such as patient-care portals that offer instantaneous results, enable direct access to clinicians, and allow online payment and appointment scheduling. New, mind-blowing capabilities and creative approaches to the delivery of healthcare were brought about by breakthrough discoveries and developments in health care technology. Advances in medical technology have led to the expectation that healthcare services will become more affordable and of higher quality, and those diseases will be prevented rather than treated when they are already advanced. In order for people to effectively adapt their knowledge and abilities to the quickly changing world, they must adopt a culture of learning, unlearning, and relearning. In order to close these gaps caused by the development of new technologies and the requirement for evolving skill sets, the educational system must undergo a paradigm change. The learner, teacher, learning environment, and administrative aspects of the education sector are all covered in this study. The paper concludes with some recommendations for cultivating a learner who welcomes the culture of learning, unlearning, and relearning. In the foreseeable future, there is potential for improved patient care experiences thanks to these technological advancements.
