Abstract

The loving and caring bond of nursing unites human civilization. A nursing career presents a multitude of challenges in addition to a variety of inspiring stories. In spite of India's urbanization and globalization, the nation's healthcare system faces enormous obstacles. In addition to caring for patients and serving in leadership capacities in hospitals, health systems, and other organizations, nurses are essential to the healthcare sector. Everyone must have access to knowledgeable, driven, and encouraging nursing care as part of a robust healthcare system. It is critical to highlight nurses' role in the healthcare system to develop a better task force for a more excellent quality of treatment for everyone. There are several challenges facing nurses in the present healthcare system. Problems at the state, federal, and organizational levels give rise to these difficulties. To deal with challenges effectively, it is critical to first identify and comprehend every potential obstacle that nurses may encounter not only to identify and understand them but also to devise methods to lessen them.
