Abstract

This study delves into Strategic Human Resource Management (SHRM) through a meticulous review of articles sourced from the Scopus database. Employing the Theory-Context-Methodology (TCM) framework, the research endeavours to trace the evolutionary trajectory of SHRM over time. Its primary objective is to discern the focus on SHRM research and highlight areas warranting further exploration. By scrutinizing diverse studies and theoretical perspectives, the current review not only enriches our understanding of SHRM but also unveils emerging trends within the field. Ultimately, it offers valuable insights into the contemporary landscape of SHRM and provides direction for future research endeavours, elucidating both its current standing and prospective avenues for advancement.
