Abstract

The faculty bears serious responsibilities in favor of the continued existence of the institute irrespective of any gender type, i.e., male or female. The investigation aims to cover the essential components of sexual orientation segregation that are responsible for the impact on worker performance/efficiency. In this examination, the factors related to sexual orientation segregation in the education sector are included, such as the effect of gender segregation during recruitment and promotion and the efficiency of employees in offices, which has been included in the paper. In this research, to fill various vacancies at the workplace, discrimination at the time of promotion to employed personnel and facilities provided at the workplace, due to which the impact on the employees' jobs has been examined. This paper examined how gender discrimination affects the performance of government university faculty. And what effect does the gender gap have on job performance?
