Various technologies aiming at optimizing the early phases of crop production have been developed in response to the demand for accurate and efficient agricultural operations. One essential way of transferring seedlings from germination trays to the field is a part of this process. The creation of an automated seedling pickup conveyor system intended to expedite the transplantation procedure is shown in this abstract. A conveyor for seedling trays, a hanging cup circulation conveying mechanism and a tank-wheel storage seedling mechanism make up the system's functional execution component. A statistical examination of the mechanical and physical characteristics of tomato seedlings of a typical variety served as the foundation for creating an automated single-row transplanting apparatus. The gadgets included mechanical planting, automatic seedling extraction, and seedling tray transportation, all based on mechatronics technology. Increased planting efficiency, lower labor costs, better accuracy in seedling placement, and a decreased risk of seedling damage during transplantation are some advantages of this conveyor system for seedling pickup. Farmers can reduce resource waste and increase crop yields by streamlining the seedling pickup procedure.
