Abstract

The Semiconductor Supply Chain (SSC), a cornerstone of global technology, faces unprecedented disruptions from geopolitical tensions, natural disasters, and technological shifts. This paper synthesizes existing literature and introduces a hybrid resilience framework integrating digital twins, geopolitical risk mitigation, and decentralized networks. By leveraging simulation-based digital twins, we model extreme disruptions and propose actionable strategies to enhance SSC robustness. Case studies illustrate how predictive analytics and scenario planning can preemptively address vulnerabilities in critical supply chain nodes. The paper concludes with policy recommendations and future research directions for sustainable, human-centric SSC resilience.
