Cloud computing's rapid expansion has increased worries about data scalability, privacy, and integrity. Single points of failure, restricted control, and susceptibility to unwanted access are common problems with centralized cloud infrastructures. In order to overcome these constraints in distributed cloud environments, this article offers a theoretical framework that combines Blockchain technology with the Interplanetary File System (IPFS). While IPFS guarantees decentralized, content-addressed storage, the suggested solution makes use of Blockchain for unchangeable access control and auditability. When together, they improve data confidentiality, availability, and integrity. The workflow, security features, and architectural elements of the integrated framework are described in this conceptual research. The study adds to the continuing discussion on safe and scalable data management in cloud systems by examining current constraints and offering a decentralized substitute.
