One of the critical features of the HMS is the reservation module, which allows guests to make online bookings, check room availability, and select their preferred accommodation options. This module seamlessly integrates with the hotel's front desk system, enabling staff to manage incoming reservations efficiently, allocate rooms based on availability and guest preferences, and provide guest features. Moreover, the HMS project incorporates a staff scheduling module to optimize employee shifts and assignments and ensure smooth operations and excellent customer service. It also contains the data related to the staff, customer bookings, room availability, and catering.
