Abstract

Intervention on time during medical emergencies is critical to improving patient outcomes. This paper introduces a real-time patient monitoring and pre-hospital communication system installed in ambulances, designed to minimize response time. The solution includes a web-based application that allows paramedics to manually capture and transmit vital patient information, such as ECG, body temperature, heart rate, and basic demographics. The system also features a disease prediction component that analyzes the symptoms entered by the paramedic while in transit. All collected data is sent to nearby hospitals, allowing them to assess the patient's condition and prepare their resources accordingly. Based on feedback from the hospital regarding available facilities, the most appropriate hospital is selected for patient admission. This system ensures that medical teams are adequately prepared before the patient's arrival, enhancing emergency care preparedness. By combining real-time manual data entry with smart hospital coordination, the system maximizes the effectiveness of pre-hospital medical intervention, leading to faster and more informed treatment decisions. The results demonstrate that the system significantly reduces response times and improves hospital readiness, suggesting its potential to revolutionize emergency medical care.
