Agile methodology helps in faster delivery and change management. Implementation of agile methods in software project management requires an expert agile coach. An agile coach can embed agile values and mindsets into businesses, teams, and individuals while assisting them in adopting agile practices and processes. An agile coach seeks to enable better results, solutions, and goods/services for clients by cultivating more cohesive, transparent, and successful teams. This research paper helps to understand the challenges of implementing agile methods in software project management. The issues and challenges involved in implementing agile in Software Project Management were found during the literature survey. The section on results and discussion of this paper needs to be more aligned with organizational cultural goals and the nature of the project. The significant issue in adopting agile methodologies is cultural resistance within organizations with traditional project management approaches. Agile requires a shift in mindset, emphasizing collaboration, self-organization, and continuous improvement. Resistance from stakeholders and team members can hinder the successful implementation of agile practices.
