Abstract

This study aims to determine how satisfied consumers are using organic food products, specifically in the Coimbatore District. This study assesses consumer preferences for organic food items and investigates the variables affecting those choices. Descriptive research served as the foundation for this research. Convenience sampling, a form of non-probability, was used to select the respondents. A sample of 150 respondents was selected, and the mean ranking and simple percentage were used to analyze their responses. Understanding consumer motivations, perceptions, and decision-making processes about organic food products is necessary for organizations and decision-makers to successfully address the changing needs of conscious consumers in the marketplace. By exploring consumer attitudes and preferences towards organic food items, this study provides helpful information for industry stakeholders to expand targeted marketing plans and improve consumer engagement in the organic food sector. This study aims to determine the level of satisfaction with organic products among consumers in the Coimbatore District.
