Abstract

The increasing demand for efficient energy management has led to the development of IoT-based smart electricity meters. Traditional electricity meters require manual readings, which can be inefficient, error-prone, and labor-intensive. The proposed system leverages IoT technologies to automate energy consumption tracking, provide real-time monitoring, and enable remote access to electricity usage data. Experimental results demonstrate the effectiveness of the smart metering system, highlighting its potential for widespread adoption in residential and industrial settings.
